Tippecanoe
Village is a resident owned (RO), 55+, deed-restricted
community located in Zephyrhills, Florida. In
resident owned communities, residents own the land
as well as their home. As a result, our HOA
fees are very reasonable. There are 225 homes
in our village, of which at least 90 are year-round.
Residents enjoy many community events, including
amenities and meals. We encourage you to check
out our activities page
to learn more about the regularly scheduled events
we have.
Just outside the Zephyrhills city limits, we are
centrally located to many of the features that

Florida
living has to offer. We are a short
drive to grocery stores, shopping malls,
restaurants, flea markets, entertainment
and other activities, not only in Zephyrhills,
but in Wesley Chapel and New Tampa.
You can be in the Tampa area within 30 minutes,
the beaches of the Gulf Coast in about an
hour and Orlando in an hour-and-a-half.
Cultural and sporting events abound in these
areas and baseball fans will enjoy the fact
that numerous spring training camps are
located nearby. |

Amenities |
|
Our clubhouse is a focal point of our park.
Many regularly scheduled events are held
there, including several types of classes,
coffee hour, crafts, quilting, knitting,
ping pong, bingo, our music jam session
and several types of card games. Residents
also regularly enjoy our pool, horseshoe
pits, shuffleboard courts, petanque pits
and pool table. Agreements are also
in place so that interested residents can
participate in golf and bowling leagues.
Please check our links

New Birthday and Anniversary
Calendar |
We want to let
everyone know that the Birthday and
Anniversary Calendar on the website has
been updated. First of all, it has
been relocated. To access it,
please follow the following steps ...
1. Go to the
Resident Area of the site.
You can do this by clicking on this link
or clicking on the "Resident Area" link
in the vertical banner on the left side
of this page.
2. You will be taken to a page that asks
for the username and password.
You will need the username and password to
do this because this is a private page
for residents only. The board of
directors requested this page and this
information is not to be shared with
non-residents.
3. After entering the username and password,
click on the link at the top of the page
for "Birthdays and Anniversaries".
4. Once on the calendar, please check out the months of your
birthday and anniversary. You can
get to a specific month by clicking on
the month on the bar at the top of the
page.
5. If
everything (dates, spelling, etc) is
correct, we thank you for taking the
time. If there are mistakes of any
kind ... wrong date, spelling, etc. ...
or if your information is missing ... please download the update form from the
site and print it. You can locate this by
clicking on the "Forms/Documents" link
in the left panel and then clicking on
the update form link. You can also
get one from the office.
Complete it and return it to the
office so that our records can be
updated. |

50th Anniversary
Celebration |
| The 50th
Anniversar Celebration will be held on
Sunday, March 8. This year we will
be honoring Ron & Sue Leonard, who will
have had their anniversary on February
28, Randy & Mitzi Cruppenink, who were
married on August 7 and Denny and Carol
Putze who were married on October 15.
Please join us as we honor these
neighbors from Tippecanoe to celebrate
with music, cake, punch and many great
wishes. Fifty years is a wonderful
milestone and we should congratulate
these three couples. |
