All perspective buyers and renters of homes in Tippecanoe Village are required to have a background check prior to closing on the property or renting the home. It is the responsibility of the home owners to notify their purchaser or renter so that they may contact the office to have this done. You can download the form here.

We are just south of the city of Zephyrhills, Florida. Our office is located at 34521 Iris Blvd, at the entrance to the community.

Contacting Tippecanoe Village

As a resident owned cooperative, we have no employees. The office is staffed by board members and volunteers and is only open on Mondays from 10 AM until noon.
